Sudden Back Pain
Excruciating pain, discomfort and unmanageable frustration are conditions synonymous to sudden back pain. Back pain can have innumerable causes and maybe diagnosed by distinguishing the exact location of the pain. If this condition persists for a long time, it can develop and transform into a chronic back pain.

Causes of Sudden Backache
Here are some common causes of sudden back pain. Sudden back pain is caused when:


You are under deep stress
Have been countering bouts of depression
Have an improper and rather uncanny sleeping position
You have lifted something that has strained your back
You cricked your head while talking on the phone
Have been overworking your body
Improper sitting or standing posture
Hunching for prolonged periods of time

Pain Between Shoulder Blades
A sudden back pain between shoulder blades can indicate health conditions. This may include possibilities of an individual;

Encountering a heart attack thereby signaling its onset, with a symptom of pain between the shoulder blades
Being diagnosed with a gallbladder disease, which may display itself in the beginning with pain between shoulder blades.
Indicating as a causative symptom of liver cancer and esophageal cancer.

Backache on the Left Side
This back pain is common and is caused due to

Irritable Bowel Syndrome. This accompanied with other intestinal problems, often causes lower back pain on the left side. Our system may experience immense sensitivity, when exposed to certain foods. This can be checked by observing the frequency with which one particular food has an adverse reaction on us. If the food is not consumed at given time intervals, it retracts and causes nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. All of which may indicate symptoms of gastrointestinal troubles.
Another cause could also be due to constipation. Inconsistency in visiting the toilet may allow the feces to harden, leading to a feeling of bloating.
The pain may also be caused due to existence of kidney stones. This back pain maybe, accompanied by pain during urination and finding traces of blood in the urine.

Backache on the Right Side
Right side back pain may be acute or chronic. There are certain causes which lead to sudden back pain in lower right side may occur.

Slip Disc - Our vertebrae consists of a chain of small bones. These bones act as a protective cover of the spinal cord. These small bones act as shock absorbers between the spinal cord and the vertebrae. It is when these shock absorbers or discs gets dislocated that trouble arises. This dislocation leads to inflammation of the spinal nerves causing severe pain.
Incorrect Posture - There are a lot of us who are not inclined well. Slouching excessively is one basic cause for this condition. Sitting on chairs that are uncomfortable, is another cause for back pain. Practicing yoga and certain stretching positions can cure this acute back pain.

There could be many other causes for this condition, though its best to opt for immediate treatment for lower back pain, so that you can feel healthy again:


Urinary Tract Infection (UTI
Sciatica
Kidney Stone/Infection
Obesity
Herniated Disc

If this health problem is consistent, then it would be better to try home therapies that offer some bit of back pain relief. If you experience an onset of sudden back pain that refuses to leave you, it is advisable that you consult an expert without wasting any time. This is important and neglecting the condition is not the answer to finding the perfect remedy to cure severe back pain.
