Exercises for Lower Back Pain Right Side


Cat and Camel: Get down on your hands and knees. Let your stomach sag, allowing your back to curve downward. Hold this position for 5 seconds. Then arch your back and hold for 5 seconds. Do 3 sets of 10. 

 Lie Flat on your Back with Knees Bent. Slowly tighten your abdominal muscles and hold for 5 seconds. Release and repeat up to 10 times. This is a good exercise with which to start.n


Other Exercises: Walking, yoga, and swimming for about half an hour on alternate days too are effective exercises for lower back pain
